Refund policy

We stand behind every Seloryn mask with our 30-Day Glow Guarantee. If your mask arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

To request a return, email us at support@seloryn.co with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions and process your refund within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

Please note that we're unable to accept returns on items that have been used and are not damaged or defective.
